Shipping Policy

At Inspiring Acumen, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”), all standard deliverables – including reports, plans, designs, recommendations, and other consulting materials – are provided digitally via email or secure file-sharing services as specified in client agreements. This Shipping Policy outlines our approach to digital delivery, rare physical shipments, and the associated terms.

1. Digital Deliverables

 

All services and deliverables are outlined in the client’s written agreement and delivered electronically. Delivery typically occurs within the project timelines mutually agreed upon during engagement. There are no shipping or processing fees associated with digital files.

 

Delivery Method:

– Email attachments

– Downloadable links via secure file-sharing platforms

– Access to cloud-based folders (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox)

 

If you believe you have not received a scheduled or promised deliverable, please contact us promptly at info@inspiringacumen.org.

2. Physical Shipments (If Applicable)

 

In rare cases where physical items are explicitly requested and agreed to in writing – such as printed collateral or promotional materials – the following conditions apply:

 

Shipping Timeframes:

– Processing time for physical items is typically 7 business days after written confirmation

– Shipping times may vary based on destination, carrier availability, and service level selected

 

Shipping Costs:

– All physical shipping costs will be agreed upon in advance and billed to or paid directly by the client separately.

– Expedited or international shipping must be arranged and paid for by the client

 

Delivery Responsibility & Hold Harmless Clause:

Inspiring Acumen shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses incurred once a physical item is in the possession of the shipping carrier. By requesting physical delivery, the client agrees to hold Inspiring Acumen harmless for any such occurrences. Insurance or tracking may be arranged upon client request and at the client’s expense.

3. Service Interruptions

 

We are not responsible for delays in electronic or physical delivery due to:

– Internet outages or disruptions beyond our control

– Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions

– Shipping carrier strikes, failures, or customs delays

– Errors in the contact or delivery information provided by the client

4. International Delivery

 

Standard consulting services are delivered globally via email or cloud platforms. Physical delivery outside the United States must be pre-approved and will incur international shipping and customs handling fees, where applicable.
